“In October of 1997, a crew from Kulp's Of Stratford installed a laminated shingle on the roof of my new house in Schofield, Wisconsin.  Due to the crew's lack of experience, the shingles were installed incorrectly, not according to the manufacturer's instructions.  In the summer of 2000, I noticed that many of the shingles were beginning to slide down on the steep roof deck, and some even came off.  I called Kulp's to report the problem, and even though correcting it meant doing a complete re-roof, they promised to take care of it. Cold weather and lots of snow kept them from finishing the project in the fall and winter, but they returned in early spring to finish the re-roof, covering all costs and doing a high-quality job in the process.  I would recommend Kulp's Of Stratford as a roofing contractor in Central Wisconsin that is concerned about doing excellent work, and that will correct any of their work that falls short of that excellence.”
